Alle the payment methods are cash in advance. The total amount has to be paid within 10 days. After 10 days, we allow ourselves to send you a paper bill (orange payment slip) and charge you CHF 1 for the shipping.
If the product does not meet your expectations, you can send it back within 7 days and you will get your money back. This only applies if the product meets the following criteria:
If the article does meet the above criteria, you can send it back as a package or A-Post-plus letter (normal letters are not insured). Once we receive the returned article, the merchandise value will be refunded. The shipping cost will not be refunded. If your order was processed with free shipping, we will charge a processing fee of CHF 7 in order to cover the costs on our side.
We will try to pack your item as good as we can so it won’t get broken. We are generally not responsible for lost letters or damaged items by the Swiss post. If you choose a package as delivery option, it is automatically ensured by the Swiss post and has a tracking number.
